Customizer not opening

Hi, team

i’m unable to use customizer of astra theme. Other themes customizer are working. i’m not using the elementor or another plugin. for plugin circumstances, i’ve disabled them, but it didn’t worked. (now, plugins are active)

this is the error i’m receiving “The webpage at https://www.xyz.com/wp-admin/customize.php?theme=astra&return=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.sawalottar.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fthemes.php%3Ftheme%3Dastra might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.”
