Please check in your fatal-errors log under WooCommerce > Status > Logs — there may be some helpful information in there.
Issues like this are often caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another active plugin on your site. We address this type of problem by asking you to temporarily disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, and switch back to a default theme like Storefront.
After that, check to see if the issue is gone. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable the theme first, and then plugins one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
