    In the last few days I have been needing to re-customize some of my sites time and time again. By that I mean having to reset the settings of how the sites look. I am using RAINDROPS theme and all the five sites I have been getting the problem are hosted on MANAGED WORDPRESS AT GODADDY. My other nine sites are hosted at Hostgator and NOT giving this problem. I have called GODADDY about it twice and they have told me the problem doesn’t come from them but common sense tells me it is their problem.
    I would like to know if there have been more reports with this issue? It seems as the problems began around the time of the last RAINDROPS update?

    I would like to mention that since I originally posted here that I have had to fix all five of these sites again twice and upon checking again in the middle of the night I have found that three of them have reverted back and need to be fixed again.

    You could try asking for assistance in the theme’s dedicated forum: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/theme/raindrops but I suspect that this is a hosting issue – not a WordPress or theme one. Have you spoken to your hosts about it?

    Hi esmi,
    Thanks for the Raindrops theme forum link. And yes I did talk to my host Godaddy twice and this is part of my original post here: “I have called GODADDY about it twice and they have told me the problem doesn’t come from them but common sense tells me it is their problem.” Both of the people I spoke to at Godaddy said it was not caused by anything on their end.

    I used that RAINDROPS FORUM link you gave me and I ended up here again? I searched for two days for the RAINDROPS FORUM before I even posted here and thought I had the right place.
