Customizing Category Post Results?

Here is my issue.

I’ve set up a page to list my categories. No problem. When you click on a category, of course it lists all the posts that are within that category.

What I’ve been trying to figure out is this: If I wanted to include the category’s description (which I’ve created one for each category) within each category’s post results (when you click on the category), what file would I edit and where in the file would it be if I wanted to place the include for the category’s description right below the category title?
