Customizing my plugin's thumbnail on ww.wp.xz.cn

    I’ve been searching for this all around the web but couldn’t find an answer. The news plugin page on ww.wp.xz.cn shows thumbnails for each plugin. Does anyone know how I can customize this for my own plugin ?
