Customizing Navigation Links

    I’m trying to build a website on a PC running Local so I don’t have a link for you to look at. I am wanting to style the Navigation menu (Primary Menu) in Header and also have the same items split into 2 vertical menus in the Footer (Footer Menu 1 and Footer Menu 2)

    Initial state (text black with no underline)
    Hover state (text #AFA8BA with no underline)
    Ancestor state for Header for sub menu (text black with underline)
    Active state (text #323298 bold with underline)

    Under Appearance > Styles > Typography > Links I did not see a Hover state. How would I go about setting this up?
