Customizing the Applications Form

I want to create a longer form using WP Job Manager’s Applications plugin and the Form Editor, but it appears that I can only put all form fields inline (top to bottom) without a way to separate sections. For instance, I want to capture “Personal Information”, then “Education”, then “Employment History”. I’d like to separate those form fields with a headline and/or a rule separator. I don’t see this in the form editor and have not found documentation or a plugin that would allow this type of form design. I’d rather not use a 3rd party form creator like Gravity Forms if I can make this happen in the application. Please help!
