CUTTOFF TIME Issue

I have set cutoff time to 8PM for both the “Store Cutoff/Closing Time For Delivery” & “Store Cutoff/Closing Time For Pickup”. I have not done anything to the WEEKDAY or CATEGORY Cutoff Times.

I received an order last night at 23:43 (11:43PM) however for a pickup this morning but based on the cutoff times that shouldn’t of been able to happen right? Am I missing something somewhere to make this work properly?
