The reason the postal code field isn’t showing on your checkout page is because that’s an option you can enable for the custom forms. You currently have it disabled in the Credit Card Settings page. If you don’t use the custom form’s postal code field, the plugin will use the postal code field rendered by WooCommerce in the billing fields.

Yes, but it’s not recommended since CVV validations cut down on fraud. You should also enable the advanced fraud option within Braintree and the plugin’s advanced settings.
