CWP Top Products Widget – wrong sorting

first of all: I really like the plugin! I even consider buying the pro version in a few weeks. Not just because because I want the features, but also, because I want to support your work.

But I think there is something wrong with the Top Products Widget: The sort order for my products is wrong. A 8.3 is shown before anything between 9 and 8.4.

I checked the code, and I think there is an error by design: You shouldn’t expect that all products have the same rating criteria. Sometimes there are special features a product brings with it – which others don’t. Sometimes it just doesn’t fit in the existing criteria, and you might want to add another, special criteria for one or maybe for more products.

But this leads to the problem, that if you have products with 7 rating criteria, and some with 8 or 9, the order is messed up, because you rely on the overall points and not the calculated rating.

I really would appreciate if you could change this behaviour in an update. Considering the other forum posts here, I think I’m not the only one running into this problem.
