Add From Server, and most ww.wp.xz.cn hosted plugins now accept translations through https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/ only.
I’ve gone ahead and imported your proposed translations to https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/add-from-server as waiting, this means that one of the Czech translation team will need to review it before it gets released. I noticed a few problems with HTML tags(spaces in closing tags for example).
I notice you’ve suggested a few Czech translations for plugins too – Thanks! You should consider getting involved with the local Czech translation teams, which would also allow you to translate plugins on translate.ww.wp.xz.cn without reviews needed, see https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/polyglots/ for some more details on how to join the Polyglots team
