Hi @manasek,
Sure, thanks for your proposition. I do the Czech editor request now and keep you posted.
Hi @manasek,
You’ve been approved as Project Translation Editor ( PTE ) for the Hueman theme.
( see here https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/locale/cs/default/wp-themes/hueman )
You can now approve the translation strings and upload a translation file ( there’s an upload link at the bottom of this page : https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-themes/hueman/cs/default
Let me know if I can help in any way.
Thanks !
Hi @nikeo,
thanks. ASAP I have time I will go through translation. I have already received an email from WordPress Czech Translation Team with guidlines and advice. Awesome!
I will let you know once I am ready.
Hi @nikeo,
I need your help. There is some text in Hueman template which I cannot get translated.
1/ There is a proper line at translation page, but original string keeps showing up on the web.
2/ Text in the Hueman template does not have its corresponding line at translation page.
Any ideas?
Hi @manasek,
Sure. Can you provide an example of string for both cases ?
Thanks
For example:

OK. As far as I understand, if the translation is approved on wp.org/translate, it should be available remotely on your website. The only explanation I could see would be a synchronization problem between what we actually see on wp.org translate and what is propagated by WP.org.
Can you please let me know if the problem is still there in a few days, let’s say by early next week ? If so I’ll open an issue in polyglot about this.
Thanks !
OK. I’m requesting help from the polyglot’s people then.
thanks
Ok I received the answer.
The Czech translation has to be listed in the language packs to be available remotely.
The threshold to be added in the available language packs is 95% of strings translated.
( Once it’s been added in the list, it won’t be removed, even if the translation score goes below 95%. )
Before that threshold is reached, the translation files have to be included in the theme to be available for users.
So, I’m going to include the current cs_CZ translation .po file in the next release of the theme. Just drop me a quick note when you’ve reached 95% +, then I’ll remove the .po file from the theme which will become useless.
Thanks
For now, we are at 93%. I expect to reach 95% very soon π
