Looking at the log, the backup creation seems to have finished without problems, but if the backup file (zip) is invalid, please do the following:
Make new backup with these settings applied:
Open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e
– Save first section once you do that
Then follow these steps on the website where you created your backup:
- Go to “Other options” section
- Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
- Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
- Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
- Save “Other options” section
- Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm
Once backup finish, check if it’s visible on backup(s) list and copy backup URL from here. You can also check the backup file on your local machine.
Please let me know if this solves the issue.
after the first step i tried to unzip it on my computer but i have still the same problem .

Not sure what you mean by 1st step @redz46171 – whole steps need to be made and a new backup needs to be made.

After that i tried to unzip file on my computer and its not working.
with other website , its working when i unzip the file
