Dark Background

Hi,

I love the Sinatra theme and how easy it is to use. However, once changed to a dark background, some of the base text is showing up really dark, and there’s no way in the Appearance > General Settings > Base Colors/Typography to change that.

As you can see, the simple events calendar generated event is ignoring that base text color I’ve set. The description of the event that is currently white is only showing white because I forced it to using inline css styling.

Any ideas?

The plug in I am using for events is “The Events Calendar” and there is no option to change font colors, of course, inside the plugin.
