Dear All, I have a little problem: My website is in dark mode as default even when the “Make Dark Mode Default” swith is off. How can I solve it?

Hi @sabinodelia

We’re guessing the problem you’re mentioning about is found in the Firefox browser which is not OS aware mode compatible.

If the “Make Dark Mode Default” is disabled/turned off then it works well in any browser except Firefox. You may check.

To fix this on Firefox you can turn off “Enable OS aware Dark Mode” from the General Settings. Your problem will be solved.

Dear @sabbirsam thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately i have this problem on Brave and Safari (iOS) and the OS aware is already off. How can I solve it? There is some custom css I can apply? Thank you.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem, in any browser there is only dark mode, although I turned everything off in the settings!

Same issue here.
Brave, Edge and Chrome.
Enable OS Aware on and off (both cases)

Any comments?
