Oh, no. It didn’t. It was working first, but now it’s just that dark screen again. Could that be a cache problem?
I’ve tested and it appears to work fine.
Are you behind a firewall? What Operating System and Browser are you using?

I’ve tested with Chrome and Firefox and, of course, I’m behind a firewall.
My guess is your firewall or Browser Settings are not allowing JavaScript. Can you go to this page and let me know if JavaScript is working in your browser?

You can use the non-JavaScript version of the PrintFriendly Plugin: WP Admin > Settings > PrintFriendly & PDF > Webmaster Options > JavaScript = “Not Allow”.

Javascript is running just fine.
Determine if JavaScript is Enabled
If this text is displayed, your browser supports scripting and has JavaScript enabled!
Activate the plugin and select JavaScript “No”.
WP Admin > Settings > PrintFriendly & PDF > Webmaster Settings > JavaScript = No
