Dash board issues

I tried to install a facebook plugin (v1.0.1) yesterday (28/06/2012) which crashed on authorizing. It just went to a blank white page.

I then found that my Dashboard does not work any more:
you get the page and buttons but click on any button and it just goes to a blank white page and sits there.
My site is still working OK
I assume that, I need to get to this plugin and disable or delete it but my request is how do I get to the plugins without the dashboard and then what do I look for to remove it

Reset the plugins folder

Hi,
You can deactivate a plugin/all plugins by renaming your plugin directory using a FTP client.
