Yes you can add or remove Dashboard links by applying a filter called “tutor_dashboard”.

Hello,
Thank you l managed to hide links.
l have some issues with adding links:
1. l want to add links to pages created in wordpress. What would their php files look like in the tutor dashboard folder? The pages are created using short codes.
2. Can l rearrange the menu items? If yes how?
3. How can l change the menu items icons?

Most of your requirements can be done by customizing and overriding Tutor LMS plugin files. Here is the overriding doc: https://www.themeum.com/docs/override-tutor-templates/ in case you have missed.
We have followed the standard and meaning full coding practice. So that a developer will understand the code and extend functionalities are per their requirements. I believe you can do that if you are a developer. If not, it will be better for you if you can hire someone to meet your requirements.
