Dashboard access

    I created a user with Shop Manager access. when I open the dashboard, it is taking me to the wordpress dashboard. I expected that the user will land on the Shop manager dashboard withou having access to wordpress. bty I am usig the free version at this time.

    Yes, it is currently redirecting to the WordPress dashboard. We are working on the employee management feature and plan to include it in the next version of the plugin. This will address the issue—employees will not be able to access the WordPress dashboard, and you’ll be able to assign role-based access for employees.

    I will keep you updated on the progress.

    If you have any further questions or feature requests, please let me know. We’ll do our best to include them and continue improving the plugin.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

    I’m happy to let you know that we have completed the Employee Management feature and released a beta version with this functionality.

    Now, employees can access the Shop Manager frontend dashboard without needing access to the WordPress admin dashboard. We’ve also added role-based access control, employee profile management, frontend password reset functionality, and several other improvements.

    Please update to version 1.2.2-beta and test it from your end. We would really appreciate your feedback.
