    hi, I have a problem accessing the site dashboard, the authentication code is invalid and does not allow the access even with backup codes.

    We need more information to understand the context of your issue. Can you please answer the below questions to help us troubleshoot the issue?

    1. What is happening exactly? As in when you try to enter the code, what notification / error message are you getting? Can you share it?
    2. Is this happening just to you, to a specific number of users, or to all the users?
    3. What version of the plugin and WordPress are you using?
    4. Did this happened as soon as you configured the plugin or the plugin was working fine and “after a while” it stopped working?
    5. If it is the latter, do you know what changes you have done to the website since it was working?

    The more information you can give us the better we can understand the context of the problem and the quicker we can solve this issue.
