Dashboard appears as one long string

    I just did a fresh install of wordpress and the blog itself looks fine but when going to the dashboard to do admin functions it is all messed up and looks like this:

    Some of the functionality still works, but a lot of it does not. For example, I cannot click on any of the graphic icons and I cannot update settings for any of my widgets.

    Any ideas on what is wrong?

    Update: I’ve tried reinstalling everything and am still having the problem.
