Can you take a look at it?
Not without a link to the site.
Have you tried renaming your plugins folder on the server? And if that doesn’t work, renaming your current theme to force WP to load a default theme.
Thanks I am trying that now. The 2 sites are SandlotStudios.com and a test site http://test.colorockieembroidery.com.php53-22.ord1-1.websitetestlink.com
But since it is the back end I would have to give you the login and password to review it right?
Awesome! That worked for Sandlot. Thank you!
Now the test site has no menu. Working on getting rid of those plugins.

Deleted plugins and can not change themes because they are not showing up in dashboard.

You will need to do that via FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on the server – ask your hosts how to use those if you don’t know. Once you get that working, find the files here:
wp-content
plugins.HOLD
themes
your current theme.HOLD
twentyfifteen
Sorry, posted that before I was done –
Make sure there is a default theme (twenty fifteen) in the themes folder.
I am doing it via FTP. It still will not work.
twentyfifteen is in Themes folder. still no menu in dashboard. : (
Okay, no problem – let’s try the next usual thing – which is to download a new copy of WP to your computer – then replace all files and folders EXCEPT wp-content and wp-config.php – be sure to delete the old versions before uploading the new ones.
