Dashboard disappeared, help!

Hello people,
I need a bit help. My hoster was blocking my site and after asking why, they said that my databases are causing trouble, that I have to optimize databases.
So I did how they told me – now my dashboard is gone. After logging in, there is only a blanc site.
Does anybody knows what to do about this problem?
