Looks like you are running WordPress 3.3.2.

Which is pretty dated, the current version is 4.0.
When I visit your site via http://www.stylingbar.com/wordpress/ I get a content encoding error which is odd.
Do you have a complete file and database backup?

If you can get those backups made then you may want to rename wp-content/plugins to wp-content/plugins-old (do not delete anything). If it’s a plugin issue then that may sort it out and let you into the dashboard.

I do have a complete file and database backup.
It has been backed up on a daily basis, not sure which backup (date) I should use…

Try renaming the plugins folder first then revisit your WordPress dashboard. If that works then it’s likely something in your plugins directory that’s causing the issue.
If it doesn’t then reply back here too and there may be more things to try.
