Dashboard error

I tried automatic update however it failed to update so i tried manual update which was successful however i get this error every time i access my dashboard:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/jammedph/public_html/iamjammed.com/wp-admin/menu-header.php on line 96

How to resolve this?
