I really like the look of your plugin. I have been testing it out on a couple of sites but I have one major issue which stops me using it or encouraging my clients to use it.

    When the plugin is activated:
    1) In the admin area Dashboard is added under visit site. Why is this necessary? This confuses many newbies and I cannot see the benefit of having this where we already have Analitify menu in top bar. Also using the term Dashboard is confusing, as this is already used by WordPress core.

    2) This is of more concern. When you activate the plugin, it overtakes the standard WordPress dashboard link (removing the WordPress link to the admin Dashboard) on the front of the site (where widgets, menus etc… are located on top left)

I don’t understand why the plugin overtakes this core WordPress link.

I also find it confuses non-WordPress techies.

Can you please consider removing this as I do not think it is necessary, and has stopped me using and installing your plugin on all client sites.

I hope you consider my suggestion, as this is a powerful tool of real benefit for non-techies.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thanks a lot for your interest and feedback. I really appreciate it.

    1. We added dashboard under Analytify->Dashboard not directly in dashboard. What should be the name other than dashboard ? I welcome your suggestion.

    2. Please see this link It is not replacing the WP link. Can you please send me screenshot or some sort of anything that I could see how It behaves abnormally at your side ??

    Looking forward
    Adnan

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

After seeing your screenshot – I realized that I do not see the same thing so I’m guessing there is a plugin conflict. Once I work out what might be causing this, I will be back in touch.

The plugin that seems to be causing the issue is WordPress Toolbar Editor and add-on for Admin Menu Editor (Pro).

I’ve reset it to default and the link has gone. I’m going to re-configure and hopefully this will fix everything. If not, I’ll be back in touch.
Thanks for getting back to me with a screenshot as I would not have realised this was causing the problem

I’m installing on all client sites and will be using it myself personally, removing another Google Analytics plugin. Thanks once again for your support
