also the mobile version of the website is not displayed correctly any longer.
Your innagram.com site does not have a valid SSL certificate. See also this scan:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=innagram.com
To get it fixed, you should contact the company that provided the certificate. This is not a plugin issue.
Your other site I can’t check, as I can’t login, but the login page shows up normal. To be able to help I need to know what error you get when you try to login.
Hi Rogier, thank you for quick reply and for checking!
I believe you work hard and there might be also some external issues. I will change the rating when I will fix it.
The problem with login into my dashboard is solved now.
I have already contacted the support and they are getting it fixed.
I still have the issue with my mobile version of the website – it has changed after I activated the plugin.
What do you think the issue may be?
Thank you for your kind assistance.
The mobile problem is with innagram.com or with lasosta.net.au?
Sorry, this is for Lasosta.net.au – it is shown up differently from a mobile device.
Thank you
What I see on lasosta.net.au, it looks like the plugin that is generating the mobile view is having some issues: the shortcodes are not processed.
Really Simple SSL basically does three things on the front-end: redirect to https, change the home_url to https, and fix mixed content. It doesn’t seem likely any of these causes the issue, but you can check by disabling the mixed content fixer and redirects in settings/ssl.
Possibly this is cached data, and you need to clear the cache somewhere. The site itself seems to be mobile compatible, so you can also disable the specific mobile site so it shows the main, responsive website.
Let me know if this helps!
I understand you blame Really Simple SSL for the problem, but issues like this are usually caused by a site being on https instead of http, and not by the plugin. In this case I’d have to see the actual WordPress setup to be able to tell you what is happening. If you want you can contact me directly through https://really-simple-ss.com/support
The majority of the issues were external, I apologies.
Thank you so much for your support and prompt responses.
Thank you for all the great work you do.
Thank you so much for your kind support and patience.
I have tried another ssl plugin and the issue is still the same. So the issue is obviously with the website or theme and not with the plugin. Trying to get it fixed!
Sorry for the negative feedback and thank you for your kind help to solve this.
I’ve tried all of these you’ve recommended, it does not help to fix the issue.

That is probably the coincidence that after I have installed the SSL this issue happens. Even if I disable an SSL this still remains the same.
If you could kindly suggest where can I disable the specific mobile site, I would appreciate it a lot.
Thank you so much for your support and suggestions.

Hi,
disabling the mobile site depends on your setup. Do you use any plugin to create a mobile site, or perhaps a theme option? Your site seems to be using WP Super Cache, can you check if the WP Super Cache option in Settings->Advanced->Mobile device support is enabled? Disabling that might do the trick.
