Hello there, WordPressers! I’m looking for help with something. I update a website on behalf of the organisation I work for. This website was set up by an external company. Because of budgetary constraints, we can no longer afford to pay for the company’s services. I can add and update posts and pages but I cannot do anything about the site menu or update the slider because the options in the dashboard menu are very limited. They are: Dashboard, submenu Home, Contact CMS, Posts, Media, Profile, Kadence, collapse menu. The Posts, Media and Kadence have fly-out options. Is there anyway I can see the expanded menu so I can use ‘Appearance’ to update the menu and try to update the slider on the homepage so that it is not so out of date. Please note, I have no coding experience. Many thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @emmab17, it appears you do not have the privileges for that actions. It is important to contact the external company so that your user role could be upgraded to a higher level that permits that.
