The menu link on the Customer Area Dashboard shows as:

Toggle navigation Menu Dashboard Logout

It has no styling and no links to anywhere. It works fine on the my-files page.

I think you have messed with the pages (trashed some of them and then created them again).

Best would be to delete the plugin pages fully (not just trash) and recreate them afterwards.
