dashboard message on new wordpress

    I have a fresh installation of wordpress and have not installed this plugin but I have a warning message from wpscan on the dashboard. Can you explain why?

    SECURITY ALERT: Insecure WordPress version detected. Your site is running WordPress version 4.7.4, which has 1 known security vulnerabilities. You should upgrade WordPress as soon as possible. More Information

    Telling me 4.7.4 has 1 security vulnerability and that I should update asap. Update to what? 474 is latest.

    the latest version of wordpress is 4.7.4 and that version has a vulnerability using which attacker can reset admin password. that vulnerability is not fixed yet.
