Dashboard MetaBox Issues

Please note that the Dashboard MetaBox has some issues, as you can see in the screenshot below:

1. There shouldn’t be a space between the Welcome and :
Also, if there’s no First and Last name set, the welcome should use the username.

2. The correct English text should be:
Here you can access the site based on your job requirement. Let us know if you require some additional access.

3. That <br> shouldn’t appear.
