dashboard modules gone (?!)

    I installed and have been using wp w/atahualpa theme successfully for almost five months.

    I have logged in – many modules are missing from the dashboard:
    – pages
    – appearance
    -links
    -plugins
    -settings

    Anyone know how this can happen?
