Dashboard Not Displaying as CSS

    My Dashboard is no longer displaying as normal and I would like to know how to remedy this issue.

    I updated my Java as I read somewhere that this might be the issue, but it did not work. This issue is experienced in Firefox 10.0.2 as well as IE 8.0.6001. I have also tested in older versions of both browsers and it did not display correctly. You can see what it looks like here: http://www.thegoldbrick.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/screen.jpg
