Dashboard not working

Hi, thanks for your super plugin.
1/ Dashboard is not opening “My listings” or “Profile”, and I did not set any favorite so cant say. http://prntscr.com/oc9cux
2/ No “Edit” or way to see your listing when monetisation activated:

but you can edit and modify listing after publish when no monetisation set:
http://prntscr.com/oc9icj even if dashboard doesn’t work either later.
3/ Can’t use Siteground Optimizer (cache, memcache, minify etc..) with your plugin or map disappear.
4/ No listings in all listing page:

5/ I wanted to run with physical donations, but I do not see a way to activate Featured, or Highlight or Premium listing without Monetization first. Bank is not appealing either. Any way to do it on a case by case manually?
