Dashboard Page vanishes regularly

I am using Tutor LMS 2.0.1 with WordPress 5.9.2 on the Divi Theme. No other plugins running now except Paid Memberships Pro. When I tell Tutor to automatically generate the Dashboard page, it does. Everything works fine – for a few minutes, at least. Then the dashboard page is suddenly empty. I just see a page title. Sometimes the dashboard itself is accessible but the endpoints are all 404 errors.

In this thread they recommended setting the permalinks to “post”. My permalinks were already set to “post”. I changed them to something else and then back to “post” – that solved the endpoint problem for a few minutes. But then the dashboard page vanishes at some point again. I delete the page, have Tutor generate the dashboard again, and then everything works. But yesterday while working on this site, I had to delete and re-generate the dashboard page 5 times. Isn’t there a way to get the shortcode to work permanently?
