Dashboard redirect

    Firstly, thank you for a very good plugin.

    I have almost hidden everything for the contributor except for a couple of things I cannot work out.

    1/ On the Dashboard screen (top left) the “Dashboard icon” and “Dashboard word” when click on this it goes to white screen /wp-admin/index.php Same when I am logged in as admin.

    2/ On the add new post page I would like to remove the Layout box from the right side bar. This box includes Sidebar settings, Sidebar Setting, Footbar Settings, Title Bar Settings and Header visibility.

    If this areas are not automatically in the settings page, you should add custom options to the areas, like global for hiding over all pages or sidebar meta box “Layout Box” for the post area. You find hints about this inside the FAQ and inside the Wiki of the dev-page.
