Looks like its coming from your Ali2Woo plugin. I see from the other thread that you have tried deactivating it. Nevertheless, its an Ali2Woo screen. As that’s a commercial plugin, ww.wp.xz.cn is unable to support it. You should ask the plugin vendor’s support service about the issue.

To find out if its custom coding, temporarily switch to a default theme, say Storefront, and check. This will take any custom coding out-of-play but leave plugins intact.

Yes if you change themes, the original theme’s options won’t be there. But your screenshot still shows the custom Dashboard screen, so that must be coming from a plugin, most probably the ali2woo one.
