• Hi Jeff,

We have plugin organizer v9.6 network activated on a WP4.9.9 multisite network of 60 sites and the dashboard spinner never stops.

Chrome Browser console does not report any errors.

Error logs do not report anything that seems related to PO.

I deactivated and reactivated without a change in the issue.

    Do you have any advice?

    Thanks,
    Phil D

P.S. Question, perhaps I am overthinking this, but on the settings panel where features are turned on/off I am confused. If the button is displaying ON/Green is that the feature status or is it indicating I must click it to turn the feature on?

What do you mean it never stops? When you submit the settings on the Plugin Organizer settings page? That would be because it isn’t getting a response from the ajax hit. Create a plugin filter with the url of the Plugin Organizer settings page and disable all plugins. ALso add in the ajax endpoint http://www.yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php and do a test to see if the problem persists.

If the button says on that means the setting is turned on.

    Hi Jeff,

I meant that the page loading spinner in admin area keeps spinning endlessly on all the admin pages.

I followed your instructions and added two urls into the permalinks field on the plugin filters page.

Then I used WP Health Check which installed a default theme and deactivated all plugins, but the issue persisted.

However, I am able to select/deselect and save settings configurations, but the spinner keeps spinning.
