Dashboard stats not working

    I can still read my stats at the Statcounter website, but can no longer see anything from my WordPress dashboard. I think this happened with the last WordPress upgrade. Is this a known issue?

    Have you checked from alternate browser? also does your browser have any privacy add-on that may cause such behavior. Also please contact us at our helpdesk via https://statcounter.com/support/contact/ and we can take this further.

    Hi Tarak,

    I logged a message the Helpdesk, but for the benefit of others reading this, I have tried with Safari on my Mac, Safari on my iPad and Firefox on my Mac. It’s the same with all three.

    Do you get a blank white page when trying to view the stats?

    Yes. I found out it is linked to privacy browser extension. It’s a touch inconvenient not being able to see the stats direct from the WordPress dashboard, but going to the StatCounter site isn’t hard, (and that isn’t blocked by my browser) so we can mark this as resolved.
