Would you mind taking your site to a minimal state and observing if the problem occurs again? Here are the steps that you can follow:
- Deactivate all plugins except Dokan and WooCommerce. Make sure these plugins are up-to-date.
- Switch to any stable theme, such as Storefront.
- Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try again.
In case the issue is resolved, it indicates that there is a conflicting plugin or theme installed on your website. To identify the responsible plugin/theme, try activating the rest of the plugins one by one. Once you have determined the conflicting plugin/theme, please reach out to the relevant support team for further assistance.
If the problem doesn’t get resolved, kindly place some new orders and let me know if you see the data for the new orders.

I have another site using only Dokan Lite, and it’s experiencing the same issue in the statistics dashboard.
I’ve already used the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin (to test plugins without affecting the live site) and didn’t find any errors or conflicts beforehand.
I’m trying to debug to locate the issue.

I tested it on two sites: one with DOKAN LITE and another with DOKAN PRO.
In both cases, the information does not load.
Could you help me with this DOKAN LITE version so I can proceed with the project?

Yes, the reports have not been available since the update. We have sales every day on the site, yet the statistics and reports in the vendor dashboard are not being updated. I’m not referring to the translations — I’m referring to the fact that the data is not being updated.
