its a bootstrap confict with another plugin. Disable all other plugins and try again.
I have the same problem. Can’t click on any icon. Nothing happens. I started with this plugin on a damp server and it worked well (dev). Went over to an online web service(prod), now it has same problem. I deactivated every plugin, and reloaded docs multiple times. Still no luck. Tinkered with profile editor to make sure admin has full access. No luck.
Any other suggestions?
Disabling all plugins worked for me.
@kevindr can you open a browser inspector and tell me if you see any errors?
using Mozilla Firefox inspector, when I click on MDOCs in the dashboard I get:
ReferenceError: ect_cat_obj is not defined
https://ebhchorus.ca/wp-content/plugins/template-events-calendar/js/shortcode-generator.js?wp-mce-4920-20181217:2
when I click on the Options button, I get nothing.
when I click on Batch edit, Batch Delete, batch move I get:
TypeError: jQuery(…).modal is not a function[Learn More] memphis-documents.min.js:1:28961
when I use Google Chrome inspector and click on mdocs in the dasboard bar I get:
shortcode-generator.js?wp-mce-4920-20181217:2 Uncaught ReferenceError: ect_cat_obj is not defined
at shortcode-generator.js?wp-mce-4920-20181217:2
in both cases, when I click on your dashboard menu Item for a very brief moment a screen/menu….maybe one of yours seems to show and then dissappear, but I cannot tell you what I saw.
the conflict is with the plugin ‘template-events-calendar’
disable that plugin and try again.
No luck. disabled it, and no change. I seem to be getting the same message. Is it perhaps that the templat-events-calendar overwrote something system wise that you depend on?
is this a free plugin if so please provide me with the link and I can do some testing.
Yes this is the free plugin. My version of mySQL is 5.5.63. I am having another problem with another plugin that wants mySQL version to be >5.5, and my host provider says no way can I upgrade.
do you have the link to ‘template-events-calendar ???
