Data Access Request Not Working

    I have 2 requests from members for the data access request, but no email was send to them. Requests to Process it says 0 and Status active.

    Hey @thepeter96,

    This should work fine, are you using the standard mail functionalities from wordpress? Those are not that stable. If so, try to find a free mail plugin that will offer your way more trustworthy functionalities.

    If you are using a more trustworthy mail plugin, please let me know which one.

    Unfortunately there is not much we can do from our side.
