Data disappears on upgrade

    Hi tcarruct! Your previous data is not lost, it’s just in the Free data server. All new data is going to the Pro server from now on, now that you’ve upgraded.

    We will migrate your previous data to the Pro server for you. We are currently finishing up a migration system that will do this automatically, but for now, it’s still a manual process.

    Please email us at [email protected] with your Site ID, which can be found under Stream > Account in your WP Admin area.
