• Hi there

I have a major problem: After updating wordpress as well as cfdb the data of a very important customer form does not show anymore. When I access the database through phpmyadmin, there is data in the wp_cf7dbplugin_submits table, but i cannot access it through the plugin and I’m not quite sure if new data is added properly.

Is there any solution to this problem? What is the query that cfdb uses to access the data from the database? Is it possible that the name of the form (multiple words and german character like “ü”) is responsible for this error?

Thank you very much for your help

    Kind regards

The character issue might be the problem.

On the CFDB Options page, there is an option to “Show the query used to display results”. Set that to “true”. Then go to the CFDB admin page and try to view the form’s entries. It will display the query it executes.

If the character is the issue, then you can create a query to rename the form in the database.
