Hello,
The data error message for mandatory fields does not show when customers fail to enter the info.
Products are not added to cart, and customer don’t know why…

Please help, this is affecting my conversion rate!

Hi,

make sure you disable ajax add to cart feature on your site if enabled.

Sorry, fixed! the theme had also add to cart ajax option that I disabled and it worked.

Sorry again!
It works only when there’s one required field but not multiple ones.
Also, random error messages are appearing upon product load, error messages that are not even in the selected PPOM form.
Please advise.
