Hi, I have set up your plugin along with the Google Tag Manager code several time and on this website I have encountered a new problem.

After pasting in your code and the code provided by the Tag Manager into the header.php, when I tried to save I got this error message:

    “Invalid backend response.
    Data is not JSON.”

After that the only option was a “save as” and it got caught in a loop. I wasn’t able to go back into the file to try to make any changes because it kept kicking out the same error over and over. I finally closed the tab to stop it.

Are you able to tell me what is going wrong?

    Thank you

    Hi @catwingz,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

We haven’t come across this issue before and we suspect that it might be caused due to any syntax error in your code.

Please try again by re-logging your WordPress admin and share the screenshots if the issue persists.

Also, please exclude the CookieYes script from the JS optimisation on your site.
