In the Key metrics section, I get the error “Data loading failed” and “Retry” does not work.

Thanks for reaching out @grafiman. Based on the error you’re facing, I suspect that some of the custom dimensions that Site Kit requires to display these metrics are not active.
If you’d like to share your Site Health information, and whether you see this for all key metrics tiles, or just for one in particular, I’d be happy to check this for you and provide you the steps to resolve this, which may be as simple as deselecting key metrics associated with this error, before adding once more.

Many thanks for sharing @grafiman. From checking the details I can see that you don’t have all the requires custom dimensions for some of the key metrics to display. In order to address this, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the “Change metrics” option from your Site Kit dashboard
- Deselect your existing metrics and only select “Visit length” and “Visits per visitor”
- Click on the “Apply changes” button
- You will see on your Site Kit dashboard that there are only 2 tiles present
- Click on the “Change metrics” option once more
- Select your preferred tiles once more, including the “Most popular products by pageviews” metric once more. You will see a notice that your Analytics property will be updated.
- Click on the “Apply changes” button
- You may see the Data loading failed error once more, but please for some time for data to appear. This may take an hour or more.
- After some time, visit your Site Kit dashboard once more, checking are the key metrics tiles working as expected

I did what you said, but the real problem is the sudden decrease in Analytics data (to zero) since yesterday and the fact that I cannot receive instant user data.
Thanks for the update. If a decrees in Analytics traffic is concerning you, you may wish to reach out to the product experts at the Analytics Help Center if you feel the data is not correct. We’re limited to Site Kit queries here in the plugin support forums.
Note also that I did check your site and I can confirm that my site visits are being proceed in Analytics. You can check this yourself using the tagassistant.google.com service if you wish.
