Yesterday i tried to backup my database and discovered that my site losted all my product attributes (color, size). I wrote to my Hosting provider’s support and they told me that i need to contact with woocommerce support the problem is that they recently updated their MySQL to version 8 and it conflicts with my woocommerce plugin, that there are some triggers during the recovery of the database (not during its creation) that force the database to recover with the loss of some data. My hosting is Dreamhost.com. Woocommerce Version 5.8.0. im sorry for my english

Hello,

Could you check if your attributes are still stored in database? You can check this article to find where they are located.

Hi @whereismynickname,

Thanks for confirming your attributes are stored in the database.

Can you run a WooCommerce database update from WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Update database?
