Data missing from required Fields in singup

Hello everyone,

I Hope you are keeping well.
I am facing an issue with my wordpress website that is using ultimate memeber in the signup forum. The issue is phone number, first name, last name or country are required fields, but the data is getting lost somewhere. At first I thought It was an issue from Wcommerce I posted there and they adviced me to post the issue here.
