    I have included the plugin in a post as [activity id=123456789].

    Each time I refresh the page there is a call to the Strava API. There does not seem to have any cache.

    The same for the “Strava Latest Activities List” widget on the sidebar.

    Is the cache enabled by default?

    Right now, yes. The only thing that is actively cached is the map images. I plan on adding caching to *everything* as the new Strava API will require periodic re-authentication – so things will need to be cached to be able to continue to display.

    Hey @kihom – I just release version 2.0.1 which included caching on all API calls (not just images). Data will be saved for one hour, so subsequent page loads should happen much faster. Can you check it out?
